Beca Sarver, Alexa Sarver, and Olivia Mustafagal twirled around during the “Chicken Dance,” played at the Daddy-Daughter dance on Friday, Feb. 28 in Petersburg. The event was sponsored by the Summerfield Community Education and Recreation. The event was completely sold out with 200 tickets sold.

Amy Littlefield, second grader, entered her insect collection in the Dundee science fair on Wednesday, Feb. 26. She has been collecting bugs since August. “A bug was drowning in our pool, and I thought of the science fair,” she said. Her project advances to the county science fair March 28-29 at the ISD.

Chris Ternes was airborne as he put in two points for the Vikings during the Monday, March 3 District quarterfinals game with Allen Park Cabrini. The Vikings advanced to play Lutheran Westland tonight (Thursday, March 6) in the semi-finals and if they win, will play Saturday, March 8. The Vikings will play the winner of the St. Mary Catholic Central v. Romulus Summit Academy. All games are at Dundee High School and begin at 7 p.m.
