Dundee Township Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire on Wells Road on Friday, July 9. No one was home when the fire started and no one was injured; the cause is under investigation. The fire got up in the rafters and destroyed the back side of the roof. Dundee was assisted by Ida, Milan and Summerfield fire departments.
Zachary and Spencer Nofzinger enjoyed cooling ice cream cones on a warm Friday, July 9 at the new Scoops ice cream parlor in Petersburg to help pass the hot summer days.
